90s definitely.
Most 80s music is just...stupid. And really annoying.

I grew up in the 80s so i say that decade would be the best. By the time the 90s came around i was finishing up high school & looking into college & a career & before i knew it marriage so I wasnt into the music. I loved the big hair & the hot bands of the 80s.

The 80's. That was one rockin period, especially if you liked to dance. All the best clubs had D.J.s rockin the house, everybody was there. I wasn't home one weekend out of that decade. Most places were jumpin all week long.Talk about keepin your body up! Even if you didn't like to dance, they played such a variety. Everybody was happy, and it was just a great way to have good (almost) clean-fun. Not to mention the outrageous bands, and you never knew who's hair, would do what next!!

I don't think I could decide. I grew up in the 90's so it holds some sort of youthful presence with me but the 80's has amazing rock. Don't know if I can choose.

The 80's had the best music ever...Wham, Duran-Duran, Huey Lewis, Guns and Roses, Culture Club, Big Country, Flock of Seagulls and many others. What rock do you live under? JK

80's was the best music! Though the 70's did too! I will occasionally listen to the newer music if it has a good beat and words to it!

I'll have to say a mixture of both. mid 80's to mid 90's music was wonderful to me. It was the soundtrack to my growing up.

A lot of 80's bands had lost originality in their music and we had a lot of rehashed crap.....the 90's brought some originality back to music and we had had some new styles of music that brought more excitement back to music..However, Rap reared it's ugly head and music is back in a rut again today!!!
