This trick works well. Use Lemon oil (used on wood) to clean & maintain shower doors. Nothung works better. I have done this in homes I have cleaned with amazing results. You can also use the lemon oil on cermaic tile to help keep the grout from turning orange & black. And lemon oil also works great on stainless steel appliances.

The only way to clean it if various chemicals haven't worked is scraping it with a razor blade. Really tedious, but effective. I do it a little at a time every time I shower. Once scraped, be sure to wax it so you don't have to do it again!

It may be from minerals in the water. Try Lime Away. Use gloves!! And open a window. You may have to treat it several times.

Easy Off BAM tub tile cleaner (?) (purple stuff). Spray on - soak a bit - wipe off with a scouring pad - rinse. Worked great.

Vinegar. It will dissolve the hard water stains or mineral deposits left after the water has evaporated.

When nothing else works for me, I try either baking soda or vinegar. You probably have some around the house.
