I play Scrabble at Scrabulous (http://www.scrabulous.com)
They recently announced that Solitaire Scrabble will be introduced in the coming months. Instead of waiting for that, I simply made two accounts and played with myself. Without swapping I managed a high score of 1056. With swapping and passing I managed a whopping 1564!
Check me out sometime, I am generally playing online at Scrabulous, and it is just the coolest site for free Scrabble :)

Depends on which tiles you drew at any given time and how you played the last tiles. Never know. Everytime it is different.
