i tried white pages, but no luck, he moves from place to place so i'm not exactly sure where he's at right now.

There isnt a cellphone database, but whitepages.com has most any published residential number. It is free. He must have a house phone though, as I said, cellphones will not be in there.

www.zabasearch.com you can find there phone and addresses there alot of them have the birthdays there so you can verify that it is there person.
