You need a long vacation in your big easy chair and a big glass of the ice cream beverage of your choice with a good book and no phones, work, family, friends (except the one of your choice) to bother you! The friend of your choice could give you a careful and extremely soothing back-rub the likes as you have never had before, then put on some good mellow music and dance close (because he cares, only.) for a while and say nice things to you in your ear. Then relax in your easy chair some more.

You need to shake up your routine, for one thing. Do something fun and different tomorrow, or just give yourself permission to reschedule a boring chore. That's the first thing.
Second, is this an ongoing thing, or are you just in a funk right now? If it's been a couple of weeks and not letting up, you should make an appointment with your doctor - he or she might refer you for short-term (3-10 sessions) with a psychologist or other counselor. Your doctor may also, or instead, give you a low dose of an anti-depressant to see how you respond - you might do well enough just with that, and it doesn't have to be a permanent thing, just something to get you through and to reset your brain's biochemistry.
Just don't ignore your condition, please.

You're not alone. Most people are depressed but only the honest ones admit it. People may seem to be upset with you but they're picking on you because they're upset with everything and they're not honest enough to admit it. Don't take it personally. Even if your behavior is upsetting, it's nothing compared to the execrable behavior of the people we have elected as leaders, and the despicable behavior of the people we regard as role models. Think for yourself. Don't let anyone do your thinking for you.

What is the root of your depression - are you unhappy with love life, work, etc? Find out what is the root of this and get rid of it. If that is not possible try exorcising, praying, doing something to take your mind off of the problems. Also see a doctor if possible, he/she will check you out and let you know if a prescription drug would be helpful.

Look beyond all the goings on in your life. One day you will smile and think back to this time and think to yourself that was nothing, we all go through the rough to get to the smooth that includes you ,no matter how bad your life seems there is always someone else out there in a far worse position. All you have to do is make the right choices and believe in yourself.

take a deep breath, tell yourself you are only one person and you can only do so much. there's always tomorrow and tell the rest of the people to go butt a stump and leave you alone for a while. then smile, get a drink or a snack, take a break and read our emails and feel better. WE LOVE YOU>

Listen here F**KO, unless your sick and dieing, or wanted, you need to cool out and just be happy cause life is real short if people are mad at you myou might deserve it you might not, anyhow you did what you did and now you have to live withh yourself. So worrying about what those people are thinking aint making your situation any better.

GO OUT MEET NEW PEOPLE OR JOIN SOME SOCIAL OR SPORTING CLUBS.. YOU COULD ALSO ENROL FOR SOME SHORT COURSES TO MEET NEW PEOPLE AND TAKE YOUR MIND OF YOUR TROUBLES.. MAYBE YOU COULD CHANGE JOBS OR MOVE HOUSE...
