hakuna matata is probably the best but my personal favourite (i think this is disney and not pixar) the one from Hercules that Meg sings
it starts "If there's a prize for rotten judgement, I guess I've all ready won that, no man is worth the agravation, that's ancient history, been there, done that!".
Sadly i know all the words - how bad is that?!

If you're talking about an actual Disney 'song' performed by a character, it would probably have to be 'Part Of Your World' from the Little Mermaid. The amazing voice of Jodi Benson combined with its complete relevance to the scene in which it was sung, makes it the best for me.
As far as a Disney performance is concerned, 'Under The Sea' (Alan Menken was seriously good when he wrote the score for this film) and 'Circle of Life' (which almost has an epic feel to it) seem to be the most impressive.
A lot of people I have talked to have also said that 'Reflection' from Mulan is their favourite.
