Worst Movie: Random Hearts. Harrison Ford could not save this movie.
Best Movie: Once Upon A Time In America. The cast and story and length make this the greatest movie of all time. Close runner-up is It's A Wonderful Life. No other movie except for the Ten Commandments brings the same audience year after year and everytime leaves you wanting to be a better person.

Well, most critics point to Citizen Kane as the best movie. My personal preference for best movie made would be Gone with the Wind or Wizard of Oz, because for 1939 technology, they did some amazing things. Worst? I'll vote for Corky Romano. I left thinking that's 90 minutes of my life I can't ever get back.
