I think it would be awesome, even though it is unlikely that George would be directing him (I don't know why, lazy bum, think of the revenue he would make), I just hope that if they are made, that George sells the license to a worthy director!

By the way, i am not really asking if they are going to make it, just your opinions on if they were to make them.

once again, i am sure they won't make more, (the books cover everything way to extensively to actually make a movie), but what if they did.

gee, thanks for that elaborate response Leon K, but none of that happens in the books, and the authors have to get Lucas' ok before publishing the books. The answer you gave totally conflicts with the Extended Universe

They won't be made...

1... He doesn't want anyone else to make them... He thinks that they won't be "worthy" (to quote you)...
2... He's like 134 years old... So if he starts, he might not finish because he'll croak... And he doesn't want anyone else to finish what he started....

He has said in interviews that if he were younger, he would make the next trilogy, which he has already written the plotline for...

All I heard was that George Lucas has written the scripts to Star Wars episodes 7-9 back when he wrote episodes 4-6 back in the 70s. And he said that he would probably direct them 20 years from now when he is in his 80s. I wish he would direct the last trilogy. I love star wars.

there is an fairly slender danger yet at the same time as George Lucas began having ideas of the unique trilogy he wrote memories so as that there must be 3 separate trilogies. He has stated that there'll in no way be any more advantageous videos yet human beings replace their minds for all time.
