I would like to get more horsepower out of my Hyundai Elantra GT year 2005. Please don't laugh at me. I know it will never be a speed demon, but any hints would help. Should I and can I add a turbo to it?

You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. You bought it, live with it. There is no inexpensive way to add horsepower.
