There's no way to get rid of scars, but you can help fade them and make them less noticeable a number of ways. Lots of people have been right so far... Mederma works, the laser treatments, cocoa butter... Also you can try shea butter. (you can also find some cocoa butter lotions that have shea butter combined with it.) I'm not sure how quick the results are from the laser treatment, but I know that the other things I mentioned can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months as long as you keep up with it. And also, if you'd like some good makeup to use while you're waiting for whatever method you decide to use, you could try out Bare Minerals. I haven't tried it myself yet, but I plan to sometime. There's also this other brand you could try called Sheer-Cover Mineral Makeup (link below). I'm not sure which of the two I mentioned would be better though. Hope this helps. =)

What about trying Bio Oil, I've heard good reports about it from customers who've bought it from the chemist where I work. It may not eradicate the scars, but it might make them less noticeable.
