where in america could i live with my ideal climate. 60s in winter to 80s in summer, not too dry and not too humid

It sounds like you just described the Central Coast of Cali.
No humidity, some fog, today it is about 72 degrees outside.

Wilmington, NC is the ideal place to live. First, your climate requirments are met. It's on the water, and the gulf stream keeps the climate warm in winter and cool in summer.

I was going to tell you Anchorage, Alaska was a great place to live. But...then I read your ideal climate. I guess I won't be seeing you. Sorry.

california is the best place!!!! the sf bay area basically meets those temperatures. once in a while, it gets a little colder or warmer, but the climate is perfect!!!
