Wilmington, NC is the ideal place to live. First, your climate requirments are met. It's on the water, and the gulf stream keeps the climate warm in winter and cool in summer.

california is the best place!!!! the sf bay area basically meets those temperatures. once in a while, it gets a little colder or warmer, but the climate is perfect!!!
