what would be the quickest way to loose 3-5 pounds?

eat in the morning a good meal in the morning and run, drink allot of water, stay away from bread and anything with flour. Eat a meal the size of your fist. You will lose the weight fast and safely.

Liquid diet... for about a week. I did it when I had to loose 5 pounds for my sports team. I had four smooties a day. One for breakfast (usually bananas, melon, yogurt, granola bar blended)... One for lunch (Oats, carrots, strawberries, yogurt)... and two around dinner time, an hour apart and before 10 p.m. (granola, carrots, etc... mix up your fruits and veggies)... I also exercise in between. I had lost 7 pounds by the end of that week. And if you do it right you won't get hungry. I usually chew a piece of gum or suck on a peppermint if I get the urge to eat something. Good luck!

Go to England, exchange your money and throw your wallet away. You could lose 40 or 50 pounds in ten seconds that way

Fruit flush. Eat nothing but fruit for 48 hours.. and drink nothing but water.. i lost 4 pounds.

lots of water, fruit and vegetables, and some protein. also eat 5 small meals instead of 3 large. whatever you do eat, otherwise your body will hold onto fat to survive.

eat smaller meals, but more often. eat atleast like 6 or 7 meals a day just to get your metabolism to fasten up.

drink alot of water. replace everything you drink with water, and it should do the trick. works for me.
