I have no idea what this means... This word was in a novel that I was reading, but I did not understand it... I found the meanin in the dictionary, but it didn't really make sense to me. Please give me a definition in your own words! (I already know the dictionary meaning.)

like disbelief not believeable or the story doesnt have enough CREDIT to it to be believeable... like your not convincing anybody
