I have seen many questions and comments about what a bad job the President is doing. Would any of you be willing to have the job of President of the United States? Think of all the job consists of before you answer.

Although I do not agree with many of Pres.Bush's actions, I am educated and aware enough to know that there is no way I could handle that position. To be a great president of this country takes an enourmous number of qualifications, that I am humble enough to say I do not possess.

Couldn't do much worse. And is the point of this rant that no one could do a better job than your Bush? Honestly, Oatmeal Man did a better job than he did.

EDIT:

Got your message. I don't doubt that being president is a hard job, but compared to other presidents in similar situations, I just think that Bush didn't react as well as he could've concerning Iraq, among things. Like Homeland Security, he's been flip-flopping on whether to give amnesty to them or deport them. And while this is going on, he shifts his concerns to flag burning and other social issues?

I doubt I could make a better president, but the issue is that most presidents were better than Bush, and not only wartime alone.

I probably would. I know that I (and pretty much anyone else) could do a better job, and would support the original intent of the constitution instead of trying to abolish it.

I wouldn't enjoy it much, but for my country, I would be willing to step into that position if it were to be deemed appropriate by the People of my country. And only if they deemed it appropriate. I would not take the position if it was appointed to me by the supreme court or voting machine manufacturers that guarantee me the election.

Hand it over. I don't think that I could do any worse than what is being done. In fact, the chances are that I would do much better than Mr. Bush Jr. Besides, when so much is messed up already, you can't help but to do better. For example, bring the soldiers home. This one action is tenfold better than what's happening now and the list goes on....

Yes I would. I would love to have a job that gives me a pension after just a few short years of service. I certainly can do a better job than Bush or any Republican.

Is the US ready for a divorced openly gay president?

I would and anyone can do a better job than what he has done. I have never seen such a mess and I am no spring chicken. I have been around and this is the worst president in history.

I'd not only take the job, but I bet the job gets done a lot better. I wouldn't hire any close relatives and definitely no thieves or confidence men......

Apparently there remain many that either don't know of the intense duties of the president or are incapable of following your request to think, before answering.
