Not positive but I worked at the Gap for a while and when I left I was making $11/ hour. It also depends on what area you live in, more expensive areas will pay more. I lived in Philadelphia.

Jamacian,
Please understand the reality of job seeking.
You - are in the process of selling your body mind spirit and time to the highest bidder you can get.
The employer - is in the process of buying your body mind spirit and time for the LOWEST price they can get.
So you need to go for the highest price for your body you can get.
Then learn to add value to you labor - hustle to get more raises or better offers. Never settle for just hourly that's what working poor get , not you?

Where would you want to work and what were you wanting to do? And where do you live? Many states have different minimum wages.
