REAL LIFE SITUATION
Me (ESL Teacher teaching 2nd conditional to a class of adults): "What would you do if aliens landed in your backyard?"
Student 1: "I would barbeque them and eat them."
Student two (face becoming red, hands shaking): "ALIENS ARE SENTIENT BEINGS. THEY DESERVE TO BE RESPECTED."

Well, for a person who believes in the coming of the LORD, Id have to say my biggest "what would happen if.." would be....
what would happen if i was to drop dead right now. would I go to Heaven or Hell?
Or...
what would happen if i missed the rapture?
Or...
What would happen if the one I loved turned out to not be "the one"?
Or...
What could be the biggest mistake of my life?
Or..
What would happen if I could turn back time? Would I make things worse or better? What about if everyone could turn back time...would there be anything to look forward to in the world? would we live for the moment/future, and learn from our mistakes?

I can speak Dog. Mine said, just last night, that she was tired of fetching, I could go get my own Newspaper, especially on Sunday.
