Well, it sort of makes you look at doctors like they're real people...you know, making mistakes (some really stupid),falling in and out of love, and trying their hardest to keep their jobs, just like the rest of us. My favorite character(although I like them all) I think is Christina....she's different and beautiful.

Grey Anatomy is a captivating show. No doubt. Maybe you should watch a season and then form an opinion. My first thoughts was ER but after watching I was hooked. The great cast makes the show and the crazy things they do.

Grey's Anatomy has caught on because the characters are well written and definitely have many layers to their personalities. The medical cases are a little far-fetched sometimes, but that's not unusual for a medical drama.

Personally, I like it because it isn't predictable. Just about the time you think you've got it figured out, they mix it up. They've somehow created likable characters out of the people you didn't want to like at first -- like Dr. Addison Shepard and Dr. Kerev.

You just have to watch it to appreciate it. My husband isn't convinced either, but I'm winning him over one episode at a time.

I love the show! My husband and sons watch it too, but I don't think they will say they love it. It's the drama of the lives of these people that we don't know, but want to know that catches my attention.

It has a little bit of everything, medical drama, attractive characters, romance, drama and comedy.

I think it sucks you in because all of the characters have their flaws so it makes them more relatable. Its weird, I hate science and medicine, but watching that show makes me want to be a doctor.
