Read "Make Love: The Bruce Campbell Way" by Bruce Campbell, it's probably the funniest book I've ever read.

Richard Layman by far the most sure to keep you reading. Anything is good but what got me started was The Traveling Vampire Show. Very good! Next thing I think was In the dark. And then I read The Island. You wont see any new ones from this author though he died. I will miss his books.

Either 'Amazonia' by James Rollins or 'Temple' by Matthew Reilly. Both books are interesting and make you think, while at the same time are captivating and stretch your beliefs. Yet both are very enjoyable reads. Enjoy!

Try Something Borrowed by Emily Griffin. It's about a young woman who accidentally starts an affair with her best friend's fiance. Not just chick lit, it really gets to the heart of each character.

The Prince of Tides by Pat Conroy was a GREAT book. Read it first then watch the movie.
(FYI:Someone else said that " To Kill A Mockingbird" was written by Nathaniel Hawthorne - NOT - it was written by Harper Lee. It was a great book too and I wanted you to have the correct author.)
