'Bush' and 'read' ... isn't that an oxymoron?
Actually, Cheney read it to Bush at bedtime. He was all tucked up in bed, with teeth brushed and face washed and Cheney sat at his bedside and he read '7 Habits of Highly Defective People' and together they looked at the illustrations.
At the end, Bush said he wanted to be as defective as possible. And Cheney smiled and told him that he could be the most defective person possible and that he wouldn't even have to try hard! Then he said goodnight, turned on the nightlight and Bush fell fast asleep ...
