It was very popular in the mid 70s. On the album front cover there was a picture of a girl from waist down to her feet and there was a cat behind her. Can you please give me a hand?

No idea about this picture, but "Baker Street" from "Gerry Rafferty" was a popular track with sax in the 70's. Hope this helps.
