Could be. Tigers outweigh lions by about 50 to 100 pounds, on average.

Depends on the species of tiger... from what I've heard they're a bit more delicate and less rough-and-tumble than lions, especially when young... However, there's a big difference depending on which species youre talking about (i.e. sumatran versus siberian)
