An interesting question. If anyone can be psychic, then I don't know why being bipolar would automatically exclude someone from also being psychic. However, here are some things to know and consider about people with bipolar disorder.
People with bi-polar disorder or manic- depression have episodes of being depressed and sometimes have episodes of being manic or hyper-active.
When someone is manic, they don't sleep as much as most people sleep, are often edgy & irritable - though like most of us they think everyone else has a problem rather then themselves.
When someone with bipolar disease is very manic they may not eat or sleep and they may begin to have delusions and hallucinations.
Believing that one is psychic may be a delusion.

yes. but manic depression can be confused for psychic abilities. prob best to deal with the bipolar issue then see if you're still experiencing psychic phenomena
