roll the knot in your fingers alitle to loosen it up and try the 2 nedles to try and pull the links through one another and wiggle it in your fingrs some more then lay it on the table and work with the 2 needles again. repeat again and agian.

Get a needle or a paper clip or something small like that and try put it through the knot. It should come a little loose if you got it through. Then either unknot it or get another needle a little bigger til the hole is big enough to unknot it

I have a friend who is good at it, but I guess that is no help. Try putting a tiny drop of oil (like cooking oil) on it loosen it just a little. It will be easier to use a sharp end (like a pin) to pull it apart.

Take a needle and mess with it, Loosen it up, at least. Lay it out on a table, so you can see what youre doing.
That sux, I know....it happens to me too.

Use tweezers to get ahold of the not and in between it
