I HAVE AN OLD STAINLESS SINK IN MY KITCHEN THAT HAS A DULL FINISH AND STAINS.I WOULD LIKE TO REFURBISH.WHAT DO I DO?

they have special polishes at ACE hardware I saw them there the other day when I bought Stainless steel wax. It works great and no finger prints. also try looking in the grocery store.

Never-dull is a good product for this, as someone else said. I usually just use Comet or other abrasive cleanser. It's tiring, all that scrubbing, so you might not want to do the whole sink at once! I use a sponge, but if your sink needs something more viforous, use a Scoth Brite pad. I

Recently when I was in Home Depot I saw they had a sink-polishing kit. It was sealed so I couldn't see any of what was in it. I assume it was an abrasive pad of some kind and a liquid cleaner. It cost 12 dollars or so and it was near where the kitchen faucets are sold.

Any NON-ABRASIVE cleanser will do. Then apply any metal polishing agent. Go to Home Depot and ask a salesman for help. You can select from the myriad of polishing aids.

I use the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser - it worked wonders on my stainless sink.

Hey KEI, I have found something that is great for cleaning and polishing things.They look brand new with this product.Go to wal-mart and look for a silver 5 oz. can of NEVR-DULL.You will find this where the car stuff is located.Believe me,it really works.

jucie of lemon should bring it up leave it on there for 5-10 mins then rinse with a damp cloth or washing powder dampen sink a sprinkle a genourous amount of powder on leave for 30 min s then clean down

Try using some elbow grease, other than that take it somewhere and have it polished

i use dishwasher soap,like cascade, for my hardwater spots and it works great!
