Putting out cookies and milk for Santa with my mother and placing carrots on the table for the Santa's Reindeer in the '70's and waking up to new toys and playing with my brothers and sisters the whole day and eating turkey and playing the snow.

i'm glad you asked!!! We have a tradition in our family that i think every family should do at christmas. On the last day of school for the holiday break we have a birthday Party for Jesus. We each take a turn hosting the party in a family members house each year. The oldest child in that house gets to read the story of the Nativity as all the young children add a peice to the manger( sheppard, animals, and of course the wise emn and mary joseph jesus) We then have cake with Jesus name on it. Finally Santa arrives woth presents for the kids that we all pre-bought and gave to Santa before he comes to the Party. The reason we did this is because we have a LARGE family and it was getting really expensive buying them all a gift. So we told them that this would be their present from all their Aunts and Uncles. That amounts to a nice 20.00 present instead of a bunch of 5.00 presents that they dont need anyway. The adults get in the action too by picking names and exchanging gifts too.

Last year my parents got my nephew a battery powered 4-wheeler. He was 3 at the time. Since it was snowing, my dad said he could try it in the living room. At first he didn't really get how to work it. Once he found the gas, he went flying and almost ran my mom over. She stopped him in time but he was cracking up laughing. He looked at her while she was holding the handle bars and said "move gamma"! He pulled the gas again and nearly ran over her again. The greatest part is that we have it all on video, so now we get to watch it and laugh whenever we want.

Best Christmas memory is going to Lake Tahoe with my family and a friend's family. We opened presents there and we stayed close enough to the ski resort so that my brother and I, and our friends could walk to the slopes on our own.

My best Christmas memories were when people still called it Christmas. Before it was politcally correct to call it Holiday.

I don't have a best xmas memory , all I have is one that really sticks out in my mind. I accidently knocked over one of my brothers xmas presents under the tree and he started crying so my father took all my presents and threw them all over the living room. I just remember crying as I was gathering them up again. Sad huh?
