#1` check to see if brakes are still operable, - (if it has been sitting for quite some time). Note that if the incline is steep enough, - you can just get in and push in the clutch (emergency brake being off and not stuck underneath car), - if you aren't sure of brakes,- you can roll it in first gear(using gears for braking), - which also assumes the clutch releases (could be stuck to flywheel - if sitting for a long time).

#2 It is a little late now, but it is a good idea to leave car parked using lowest gear, - (as emregency brake cables like to rust), and sometimes calipers and brakedrums stick - or rust in place! This naturally has to consider how much the "drop" of the ground is. Also blocking the wheels would be advised if hill is very steep!

You didn't mention how far you want to move this car - if for a long distance, you may want to have somebody help you too!
Then if it is fairly level, -you have help getting enough "push" to do it without "knocking ourself out"! Steep incline?, - gravity will do it's thing, then the most important thing is stopping! Also if it has power steering, it will be very hard to steer at low speeds, - so don't be shocked when yu can't turn car quickly!

Keep the driver side door open get ready to jump in. Stand behind the door, but real close to the seat and just rock it back and forth.
