just wondering if you can get preganat on your period

Yes you can get pregnant while on your period. It is always best to use some form of birth control EVERY time you have sex, unless of course you are trying to get pregnant.

I am a nurse and I have to agree with the other nurse on here. Yes, you can get pregnant while having your period.

Unlikely since you most likely ovulated 14 days before that and you can only get pregnant around the time of ovulation. However, some women are very irregular and ovulate at different times, and you should be having protected sex regardless.

I got pregnant on my period.....I believed that old tale that you couldn't get pregnant while on your period but it is FALSE....

Do not chance it if you are not wanting to have a baby....

yes... every persons body is different and some women ovulate at different times. if you dont wanna get pregnant its a good thing to use protection

well if you mean can you get your period while you having your period yes you just have sex and your peiod will stop for a while then after you are pregnent you start getting your period again

i dont understand the "no" answer..you can get pregnant although unlikely...i personally would not take that risk though..always use protection unless you are planning on having children..if not you should still use protection to prevent against stds..
