Do you love your man of three years? Then find out what he needs from your father that he doesn't get from you. I don't know what they are doing, if its just j/o buddy stuff or serious sex. It could be that your man has a crush on your Dad, and eventually it will wear off. Do you communicate with your Dad well enough to ask him about he and your guy, tactfully? Maybe they love each other like father and son and like sleeping together and horsing around. Did your guy always need a Dad? If it turns out that your man is gay you will just have to deal with that. If he's bi only with your Dad talk to him about why. You can just blow up and leave him, but if you love him you will try and find out his reasons for being with your Dad.
