The girl who mentioned tea tree oil is right, that's one way you can do it. Don't ever use toothpaste though; it'll just dry them out and make them more noticeable which is something you don't need since you're going to be onstage... I know you said you don't have any creams, but do you have any moisturizer? It'll help bring oxygen to your pimples and help them heal faster. Plus, it helps keep them hidden under makeup since your skin will be nice and hydrated in that area rather than cake up your makeup. I can't guarantee it'll be cleared up overnight, but at least you'll have a better chance to hide them. =) Hope that helps.

A couple of things you can do. Do you have any toothpaste that is in the form of paste? The gel kind will not work but you can dab a little on individual pimples before bedtime. Also you can cleanse you face with lemon juice and a mild soap and water. Whatever you do DO NOT PICK AT THEM! It will only inflame them and make them worse! Hope that helps!

i don't know about overnight, but i like using tea tree oil. it's way cheaper than acne products and it cleans most of the bacteria from your skin. just put some on a cotton ball and spread it over where you have zits and you can feel the tingling cleaning.
I've also heard lemon juice can help, but i don't know if that's true.

well some people say putting toothpaste on them helps...and some people say squirting perfume helps!

both sting a lot! lol but i think the thory behind it is that they dry out the zit/spot.

hope going on stage goes ok!
