Sink a few thick poles in the ground & drape heavy rope along them for a sort of nautical theme fence and plant some tasteful greenery. A couple of comfy chairs with a table between them to sit a cold one on and enjoy.

Or you could do like my next door neighbor, get a rusty ford tempo with 2 flat tires, and a riding lawn mower that doesn't run...

iam situated near the beach too.i use a simulated wooden white picket fence..complete with drought resistant plants,
and a nice chaise lounge and market umbrella..but i dont like pink flamingos nor gnomes-LOL

house on the beach? hmmmm......some cool driftwood pieces and rustic rocks....plant a few flowers around it and place a sette out there so you can sit in nature and enjoy your new home.
