That depends on the engine. Is it a 232 six cylinder; 283, 327 or 409? I am not certain if they had the 348 in in 1964 or not. I also don't think the 409 was offered in the Biscayne. You can find the answere on some of the chevy collectors sites.

if its a V8 the order is 18436572 clockwise.

Cylinders? If it's a four, what type? flat four or the other kind, which is currently slipping my mind. More information is needed before anyone answers you.
