I would suggest you keep your nose out of a relationship where it doesn't belong.
Put the shoe on the other foot and think about how it would feel in her shoes and how it would make you feel to know that there were people out their plotting against your relationship? Pretty angry, I bet.
Besides, if you succeed, then you can darn well rest assured that some other girl will be plotting the same for you.

It's kind of sad that you're going low enough to try and steal a guy from another girl but it's even worse that people are actually suggesting that you do sexual favors just to win him over.

Leave him alone. You'll just get yourself hurt. If he has a girlfriend that means she's already his favorite girl. Just let them be happy like you would like to be left happy if you had a boyfriend. If he becomes available then go for it.
