i have had about 12 jobs since i started working at age 15. The only one I really liked was delivering flowers. I made $8.00/hr plus tips. My last job prior to that I made $31.75/hr as a program manager and i hated it.
For me the best part of the flower job was the autonomy and making people happy.

My wife likes her job and it only pays 7.50 per hour. She is a desk clerk at a hotel. Mine is not bad either but i enjoy trying to make things work. I do industrial maintenance on allot of high dollar machinery and make on the average better than 20 an hour. All jobs have there ups and downs though. You have to be able to have more good time and look at them that way. When I needed over time to pay the bills I hated allot of my work. When you get your bills so that you are comfortable and can take a day or two when you really want to without money problems then the work does not seem as bad. Figure out what you enjoy and how to make money at it. But some things are not as fun when you have to do them everyday.

I really enjoy my job. I am a Web Business Analyst at a high tech corporation, working for their Web Services Department. Generally speaking, what I do is partner with our internal business units to understand and antcipate their needs relating to the corporate web site, and I coordinate projects with our team and IT to fulfill their needs.
I currently make $53,400 per year (I'm salaried, so I don't get paid hourly). Mostly I work a typical 40 hour week, but during major projects (like when we upgrade the backend of our site or do a major site redesign) I can work as much as 50-60 hours per week.

No I hate it. But then again, I think that's the whole point. It's a "Job" not a career. I work retail and if it teaches me anything, it's the importance of an education so I can one day find a career that I love.

I am a private nurse. I make $9.25 an hour, and I take care of an disabled man, which is rewarding. But Its also laid back. I am at work now. I study for classes, talk on the phone etc. I do like it, my kids and husband spend time with me at work too!
I am going to school to change careers though, more money and ins and benefits.

I love my job at the moment, 19, and manager of a guitar/instrument shop, $12/hr, wish I was making more, but for my age and position, I'm not complaining one bit.

I love my job. I work in a social club. My wages are on a need to know basis.
I've always found that I can't enjoy a job unless I enjoy the people I work with. And I love them all! :)
