I have the remix xm radio channel blaring while I type answers. I am wiped out from 2 hours of yoga. The second hour was all holding hands in balancing positions, and butt to butt straddle stretches, back to back standing squats, and foot to foot spread legs stretches. It was very interesting...no men attended, they really missed out!!
