this is a very personal question
you have to look inside first to have a real honest answer
this differs for each individual and there is no general answers for these
Once you know what is your weakness and strengths
Filter out those which are related to the Work (i.e. which can affect the work in positive or negative way)
Once you have that just
try to answer in the best possible way so that your strengths can have a great impact inthe work
and about weakness try to see how your weakness can effect the work in both positive and negative way
in the interview you have to tell both of them
stressing more on the positive points and still accepting the negative points
Example my weakness is monotony of work which i hate
so i will say i like to do new work new challenges excites me
but if i have to work for long in a same monotonous work i will dislike that like documentation etc ,
but i will also say i am improving
hope it helps

your weakness may be that you find it difficult to word a question correctly (but show that you are aware of this and explain how you are striving to overcome this weakness by possibly taking english lessons etc...)
your strength may be that you are computer literate, ideal for working on a factory production line!!!! lol!
just think about this question so you are prepared and good luck with your interview

Strength--I am a hard worker and I will look beyond the first right answer. I also will continue to learn about my job and not get too comfortable in my position.
Weakness--I have a hard time delegating work--I am apt to do things myself instead of passing them on to the team.

try to sit and list what you do well and enjoy doing, then oposite write the negatives. I wouldnt worry too much, its only a small part of an interview. I would much rather see someone who was " being themselves " in my interviews. Good luck...

my strength is that I am a team player who strives hard to achieve the team goals.
my weakness is that I push the team too hard to achieve a target I find easily attainable but forget we all have different strengths and weaknesses.

Whatever you choose as your weakness, show that you have found strategies for overcoming it. eg - memory - keep notes of things to do in a diary/palmtop/whatever.
Good luck!
