Life is incredibly easy. Life on this planet cannot be stopped. Giant volcanic explosions, asteroids, changes in atmospheric composition might destroy most life on the planet, but something survives and comes back more profuse than ever. Now, any given individuals life? Is that easy? It depends on too many factors to list here. I'd have to start by defining "easy" and "hard", and my definitions may not match yours. Things that I find hard, are easy for others and vice versa. However, this much I do know: however hard you think your life might be, it can always get worse.

There was a movie, describing life as a roller coaster. Some folks get on with excitement, and others choose not to ride. Life is like a roller coaster with ups and downs, twist and turns, but you make it fun or you make it scary. The other guys advice about The Road Less Traveled is excellent advice.

Personally I am lucky and have a good life. Easy is not a word anyone should use to describe their life. I am grateful and humble that I do not have the problems and misfortune of some.

Life is what you make of it. If you sit in a corner and complain about how hard life is and do nothing about it then it will be hard. We all have opportunites in life to study, to volunteer and help others, etc. but we choose not to do so. These are advantages that we should make use of. People are more happy to sit in a corner and ***** and moan and complain and being jealous of others and hating others thinking others have it easy.

I highly recommend you read Dr. M. Scott Peck's famous book The Road Less Traveled. Dr Peck is a famous Psychotherapist and in my opinion Chapter One of his book should be required reading for living.

Dr. Peck's book begins "Life is Difficult". Then he points out that once we accept that life is difficult then it no longer matters that life is difficult. He goes on to teach that it is through overcoming increasingly difficult things in life that we grow. He further points out that our attempts to avoid the suffering in encountering legitimate difficulties in life is the the major cause of most if not all mental illness.

Finally, he points out that it is through discipline that we are able to over come the difficulties we face in life and thereby grow emotionally and spiritually stronger.

No it isn't.
Personally I'm thankful that it isn't because it is in the difficult times that we learn life's lessons. It is also during these times when the difficult questions come to mind. it is through this process that we grow and become what we are to be.

Life is only how you make it. It can be easy, it can be hard, just on what your outlook on life is.
