Depends on the individual male or female. Some are smarter then others. Unless we gave everyone in the world an IQ test I don't think we can come to a definitive answer.

I'd say in general girls are probably smarter. They don't think about sex in class as much as we do.

In order to answer this question, you would have to survey a lot of men and women who have each had sex with a lot of men and women!
I'm pretty sure both can get pretty dumb.
But I think women generally expect more out of sex than men, and think more about each little touch. Men usually try to get themselves off then go to sleep.
