I stay in Minnesota, too, and although i do not ideas heavy snow, it truly is the bitter chilly that receives on my nerves. for sure, bitter chilly and heavy wind is a miles worse aspect than merely the chilly. it form of feels to me that the northern section, and north-eastern parts of North Dakota get the bottom temps and the optimal winds.

Don't like the weather here? Wait 5 minutes. It'll change. This summer, we hit 102 degrees even though last winter we were at -15.

I live in Nebraska and the sun has been playing hide-n-seek lately. Today is cloudy, rainy, windy and depressing. We never know what season we're in!
