I have seen a rar file under a .jpg extention
the weird thing is. when you double click the .jpg a picture shows up (that is normal)
but opening up the .jpg file with WinRAR.. and you would have a bunch of files ( the .jpg is an archive too!)
HOW DO YOU DO THAT?

Rar is an archive. A JPG is not!
It is a single image.
If a JPG was accidently named a RAR (or vise-versa) you should rename it.

have you tried right click rar files are like zip files meaning they are compressed if you have compression software downloaded it will open it up like a normal file just when you try to use it.......it wont work because its compressed

Thats impossible. rename it as .rar or something.

Or you can use freeware called 7zip.
