Depends on how serious you are. If you guys really love each other you could get him a nice watch, or even some jewelry. Or since guys always like kid stuff you could get him a video game he likes or some kind of sports item. If he's like me the one thing he will like best about his birthday is if he gets to spend it with you. On my last birthday my b/f got us a nice room for the weekend and we just ate out and went to movies, and then came back just the two of us and wrestled and laughed and had a randy time. It was the best birthday I ever had. Oh, and my b/f also got me roses and a red pillow shaped like a heart. Kind of mushy I know but I loved it!
