As far as I am concerned, there are good ways to create a good schedule to study at home.
1. Write out a list of everything you think you have to do
2. Highlight the three most important things on the list (be sure that they are only the three most important tasks which can take you to achieve. Think of the list carefully!
3. Complete each task before moving to the next
4. Put a do not disturb sign on your door, turn off your phone. You should concentrate on the task and do your best
Important notes: the three most important things are the key to get your achieve

Always study early in the day when your powers of concentration are the best. Maybe a few hours after you wake up in the morning. Don't put off schoolwork for later. Then you may be drowsy & you won't absorb anything. That would only waste your time.

Pay close attention in class to what the teach/professor is saying, take descriptive and accurate notes (don't just write verbatim everything the prof says), and don't goof off with you fellow classmates. If they want to get bad grades and miss out on class material, so be it, but don't let that heppen to you! Most importantly, be sure to ask questions of the teacher, since this indicates your attentiveness and keeps you thinking about the class material. Not to mention, it aids you in synthasizing and clarifying the material, especially if it results in the teaching giving you extra little clues about something he might test about. Good luck!

Take notes and then transcribe them.
Read them aloud.
Record the classes and listen while driving/at the gym.
