This might be heat related. I would clean area with rubbing alcohol then use a cream which can be used for skin rash on it.

Like on your butt cheeks or on your anus? If it's outside you can use calamine lotion, or some anti-biotic cream. If it's in the inside, well, you may have to use some Preparation H.
