Most full service garages will accept the used oil as will Pep Boys, however be advised that they may charge you the fee for disposal. They might not because oil is recyclable and they will make money from it. So shop around all it takes is leg work.

Most auto parts stores or a full service gas station usually have used oil recycling centers.
