Put some paper towels under the ink stain. Spray hair spray on ink and watch it dissolve and transfer onto paper towels underneath. Becareful with the ink on the paper towel you don't want to transfer onto a clean place. Keep doing until gone. Then wash as usual. Also can blot top of stain with paper towel.

Damn! That is awful. If it is white. Just try basic bleach. But you have to use it as soon as the stain gets on the clothes. Let it sit then wash it with soap, water, and bleach.
I'm not sure about the colored clothes.

1st. Try pouring about 1/2 cup of bleach in to a bowl of super cold water allow your clothing to soak for a few hours.
2nd. I know this sound's cheap but it work's. Go buy some awsome from the family dollar or any dollar store spay on clothing scrub with an old toothbrush rinse with cold water. Then wash it in the washer for best results.

Start with damp towel and simply pat the stain numerous times. When that is exhausted add a very small amount of dish-washing liquid to the damp towel and keep patting numerous times.

Try cheap hairspray. Wet it down well with the spray then scrub it with a little brush or try just rubbing the cloth on it's self. It's worked for me in the past.
