Try running daily. Everyday run a little bit further. Eventually work your way to a 5K. Remember to stretch before and after. Doing squats can help with toning your legs, and booty. Crunches can tone your stomach and try lifting a few weight here or there at a dance work out class to tone your arms.

Running's not a bad idea, but if you're not already in shape, is SUPER hard. And cutting carbs? as soon as you stop, you gain it all back. This past summer I lost ten pounds in about a month and a half by just watching what I ate and working out. With food, I tried my best to never drink pop or sugary drinks since they can add about 300 calories a day and I stopped eating three huge meals and started eating small meals through out the day. It kept me comfortably full, not stuffed. For snacks, I'd get those fat free caramal apple dip things at walmart and cut up an apple and it filled me up. To work out I just walked at a brisk pace for about thirty minutes four times a week, making sure to take hills when i could. Also, for cardio when I didn't feel like walking or it was raining, I would just pop in a cd and dance my heart out for a half hour. Aside from all that, about three times a week I lifted weights, since muscle seriously increases your metabolism and burns fat fast. Now, I'm down to 115 and I've kept it off. I hope this helps. Its just easier than going on like a serious diet because you don't feel like you have to cheat. OH and if u love chocolate, they have these things called SmartOnes in the freezer section and one of the things are these double chocolate fudge cakes and they are SOOO good and only 160 calories or something like that.

Maybe you are going through a growth spurt?
If not, are you getting bigger because you are eating more of something that you normally didn't in the past? If so, start by cutting down on that.
Then start walking around more. If you normally drive to the corner store, walk there instead. If you take public transportation, get off one stop earlier.
When watching TV, incorporate some exercise, such as doing push ups, sit ups, or leg lifts.

You will first need a few things o.k.
One a very good pair of walking shoes,(now don't screw-up your face?) and say 'Oh not walking"?...you want help here it is...second...a step-counter,o.k. they are not expensive, and then clip it onto your jeans! You need to do at LEAST 10,000 steps a day!! now don't faint...just do it!! and if you do that it will help a great deal...eat no carbs or just a small amount).Find out on Google what is a carb-and what is not.Cut out one meal a day.Your evening meal is best.Do not eat after 4.p.m....and drink
at least 8 full glasses of water-per day.....Now this is tell yourself....AND THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT you tell yourself, ONLY for so many days...like 90...o.k. that way your brain, will accept it better....But once that time is over, please don't go back too much to your old ways....the results will help you stay on track.o.k....use mild weight to tone up arms, buy lying on your back, lifting up each arm-with a book, and down again....If you can, join a girls gym......keep telling yourself, each day you get closer to loosing 'something'..and of course you will!!!

first of all, cut out the carbs. not all carbs, but the only ones you should be consuming would be like wheatbreak, anything by kashi. you wanna eat protein with vegetables.for example lean 4oz chicken breast with a spinach salad. to curb appetite, i drink apple cider vinegar mixed with water. drink it through a straw, otherwise it will strip your tooth enamel. as far as calories go, you want to be between 950-1100 per day, if you want quick results. this combination will work, especially if you start lifting weights to tone.

I have one word for you, it works but it is going to take a little discipline on your end.......TAEBO BABY. It works. You have to do the entire thing at least every other day and change your diet. Good luck.
