sits ups wont help without cardio. cardio is the best way to lose fat. avoid weight training until you've lost some of the fat you're most concerned about.. then you can move onto toning. doing sit ups will build muscle, but wont necessarily shrink your stomach.

Well, if you are breast-feeding, keep doing that. That helps a lot! Eat multiple small meals, drink water, and do cardio 3-4X a week, plus light strength training 3X a week. Swimming is great for overall fitness. It takes a very long time for the skin to shrink back after you lose the fat too. I'm talking longer than a year if it isn't your first baby.

Unfortunately for you, if you're like me the only thing that worked was a tummy tuck. But don't do that until you're through having children. For some pregnancy destroys a woman's body. My muscles & skin were so stretched & the doc said no amount of sit-ups would help. I would do it all over again if I had to.

Be sure you eat well, stay away from belly foods like white bread, goes straight to the belly. Sodas not good, just eat lean.

You have to keep exercising It will go but it takes time. It took nine months to get that way so it will not take such a short time to get rid of it.
