Throw your stove away. There are toxic chemicals in plastic that are released when it is heated to the point of melting. You can never clean them out fully and they will contaminate everything not covered when you cook it in there from this point on, nah , just kidding , warm it a little 100- 180 degrees and peel it out like hot melt glue sticks. But don't do it again.

Turn the oven on low (like 250 degress) just to get the plastic to soften then scrape it very lightly
