How many times has he told the truth? That number would be much easier to count - you could probably do it on the fingers of one hand and have a couple of fingers left over. Multiply the number of days he's been alive (60 years x 365 days) and then add a couple of zeros at the end and you should have a close approximation as to how many times he's lied. He started lying a long time before he became president.

here's a big black spot on the sun today
It's the same old thing as yesterday
There's a Bush brain caught in a high tree top
There's our flag-pole rag and the wind won't stop

I have stood here before inside the pouring rain
With the world turning circles running 'round my brain
I guess I'm always hoping Cheney'll end this reign
But it's Bush's destiny to be the king of pain.

To many to count. The biggest one, the one he said twice, is the following:

"I George W. Bush do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

since every time he opens his mouth he tells a lie, it is impossible to answer your question.
However, when he asks for a whiskey on the rocks, he really means it!
