that im in middle school and although i think certain boys are cute and everthing, for like maybe 4 months now i have not totally, seriously been crushing on anyone? there are plenty of guys that seem nice and friendly and are cute but i dont really have a crush on ANY of them even though i have had before. please tell me what u think.

I am in middle school and the same thing is happening to me. Maybe the guys in your school are just not your type. Later on you'll find one and you'll be madly in love with him until the end. Don't worry, a woman's go to get picky sometime.

YES. It is normal . You have loads of things to focus your attention on right now. You know what your life is like , maybe keep the guys at school as friends and then one day you'll meet someone your age that you don't know from school: that way you can avoid all the hassle that goes with schooldating.

Your friends, television, music, etc may tell you that you should be liking someone ALL the time, but you need to trust your heart! Your purpose in life every day is not to always be liking someone or with someone. Enjoy your friends, activities, family and school. Boys and relationships are fun and an important part of your life, but they are not EVERYTHING. Not even close! You are perfectly normal!!

I think you are very normal. Many girls don't like guys until they are in high school, and there is nothing wrong with that. I think that girls (& boys) are maturing way too fast and they need to slow down and enjoy being adolescents and not try to rush into relationships. Don't feel like you have to have a boyfriend just because other girls do. Just be yourself and don't give in to peer pressure. Trust me, you will have more respect for yourself, and others will respect you as well.

Sounds pretty normal you are just focusing on things in life that are more important for you at this time. As long as you don't have an attraction to the same sex then you will eventually have a crush again....sounds like you are just maturing.

totally normal......for me. I mean i like this one guy and this total hottie gave me his email but I don't feel anything. I've just always wanted the guy friend where you can tell him anything. And i think that i may have found him. You're less able to be hurt without a crush too.

yeah its normal im in middle school too there are cute boys that i keep my eye on and i think there cute for a while but if it seriously bugs me that i need to talk to him look at him or think of him i would consider that a crush. i think in your case i dont think you have a crush unless you have the sudden urge to see,talk, or even think of them.

Of course it's normal at your age! You are going to go back and forth in you emotions. Don't be worried, you have a lot of time before you need to be seriously worried or upset about the boys/men in your life.

im in the same boat right now... i haven't liked anyone for like 3 weeks. and i see the same guys everyday and i think they are cute and everything but its not like i have a HUGE crush on them.
there is nothing wrong with that. if you don't like anyone grades might get better (not that im saying that you have bad grades but that usually happens)
