Talk to the mother. He has either seen something or someone is doing something to him. She needs to talk to him and also take it upon yourself to tell him that he is not to do that with your son..playing or not. That sort of playing will not be tolerated in your home. And tell him its not proper for little boys to play like that.
If you know the mother well but not the boyfriend...you should talk to her about the boyfriend. It could be hes just seen something but wouldn't you hate to assume and it would be much worse.???..If Mom wont do anything ..contact social services...its best for the little boy and thats always most important.

At that age,it is usually a learned behavior.Imitating what he has seen is a big possibilty.Hopefully it is not anything worse. If it is because he has seen something, his mother should be more careful where she does certain things. She should be informed of this so she knows that it has made an impression on her son.

you need to talk to his parent(S) if they do not listen you Need to 1. stop babysitting and keep your child safe
2. report this to your child's Dr if not child services
it doesn't sound to me that you feel the child's mother is very responsible put yourself in the other position ...wouldn't you want to know and do something to help your son if this was happening to your son???
